I stated my career Producing and Directing over 150 episodes of the much loved TV Show Master chef, I also spent time working as a chef in London restaurants and have visited over 60 countries, food and travel are not just part of my work… they’re part of who I am.
I’ve filmed for global hotel brands like Fairmont and Atlantis The Royal, and worked everywhere from the fine dining world of Nobu to small local restaurants opening their doors for the first time.

Top Snack: The Ultimate Amsterdam Munch Mission
I teamed up with food blogger Tomek Moss to create an Instagram food series called Top Snack: a 90 second taste-test treasure hunt through the streets of Amsterdam.
Tomek’s reviews have become a good food survival guide for locals and visitors alike, and in this series, we scoured the city for the best bites in town. Together, we developed a fast, snackable format for Instagram Reels
CROWD FUNDING DOCUMENTARY - ESRA
Steph and Selin were about to open Esra in Amsterdam Oost, but were short on cash, but big on passion and drive. We created a little documentary to help them Crowd fund the final cash they needed to open, the now smash hit restaurant ‘Esra’ raising 60,000 euros in the process.
Head chef Selin owned big hitting Oklava in London and won The Great British Menu, a show where the UK’s finest chefs – We are talking one and two Michelin star juggernauts - go head-to-head in the kitchen, so I knew they were onto a winner and was excited to make this little film with them.
